Case Study (A Service Company Facing Branding Issues)

Audits, Interviews and Survey were conducted to understand the current brand identity and proposition of the Company. The Brand Environment will analyse the perceptions of the brand image by her customers and determine the changing needs and expectations of the market environment. It will ascertain areas of improvements to close the brand perception gap, and to build a strategic platform for Company to ensure her brand stays “On-Brand” and remain relevant to her customers.

The continual execution of Branding initiatives and program have helped to raise the skills and knowledge level of Company workforce. The Company sales turnover increased and represented an improvement of 41.6% after working with EWI.
